Upon arriving, I noticed the bath controls were odd. Turns out they were missing buttons! (See photo). For a luxury stay at these prices I was shocked. Service is novice level. Prebooked restaurant dinner via concierge with credit card guarantee wasn't booked. Turned up at the restaurant and there was no reservation. Warning on using ur spa credits. Spa opens at 11.15am and you can only use credits for treatments that end by 3pm. So be prepared to skip lunch to do any treatment using credits. The shuttle that they provide is for 1850 only. So even a 5 min drive to 1750 or 1650 is not included. And they will call a "taxi" for you. 7min ride costs 50 euros. We left swimming trunks (bought from their spa at 170 euros) in the room wrapped in towel. Couldn't find it and reported to staff to check with housekeeping. Reminded them we were checking out the next day. Despite telling TWO persons, we did not receive any update even as we checked out. Concierge that helped loading the luggage knew we were a family of four. But he put down all the back seats in our car, leaving TWO seats ie driver and front passenger seat.. duh. We had to rearrange all luggages in the heavy snow. Not only that, he insisted he didn't put down the seats. (Liar) I guess he thought we were sitting on the car roof when we arrived. For 40,000 euros worth of stay, we certainly expected better.

Amazing in all ways From welcome to hospitality to service Top people ranging from Angela to all the staff. We would never go anywhere else as though pricey ..the service they extend is worth every cent. Breakfast is so lavish and the ski rentals are just there and they have their own ski lodge on the slopes to hold our rentals I have had the best experience Thank you to the whole six senses team

I am really grateful for the amazing experience we had in Six Senses Spa Courchevel! The facilities are top notch, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always with a big smile. I had a treatment with Evi and i already look forward to go back next winter because of her magic hands. I have visited many luxury spas around the world but this one is the best so far. We had a pleasant stay at the six senses of Courchevel, we visited excellent places, but above all excellent people who were willing to help us at all times, restaurant recommendations and so on, we want to give a special mention to an excellent hotel employee named Tommy (bellboy) who, thanks to him we had a better experience, he helped us with all the logistics, always with the best attitude, gave the best restaurant recommendations, and always resolved the doubts and problems that we had.

Perfect for families and in the heart of the city. The spa is fantastic and the staff is always ready to help. Special thanks to Carla Pino for being always very supportive and ready to help in any request with a big smile. Great ski team at the hotel and in the ski lodge as well. Overall a great experience.

La elección de Six Senses Courchevel ha sido el mejor acierto del a?o. Ha sido una estancia mágica, donde se ha unido la emoción de ver este lugar, en Navidad eterna, y el empe?o de los colaboradores por hacer de esta experiencia un recuerdo inolvidable. El tiempo acompa?o, pero también lo hizo el mimo al detalle porque todo estuviera perfecto, por asistirnos en lo que necesitáramos, apoyarnos con las reservas casi imposibles de los lugares que queríamos visitar, completar un día lleno de sorpresas con una de las mejores experiencias de Spa que he tenido. Amazing facilites and the most friendly staff ever! Really the team goes above and beyond to help and make sure you don’t have to worry or lift a finger.. from the Spa facilites with Nico that were really nice to decompress on a day to the front desk, ski shop team and leti that helped me with the equipment and the. ski lodge team, Jimmy and everybody in between. Just beautiful setting and a really smooth stay.

The experience was amazing , especially ifigenia and Tania, they did run the extra mile to make everything great. Restaurant reservations everything. I can’t thank them enough .i will definitely come back here as soon as I can. The experience is unforgettable.
